Debra Pearson, Executive Director of the Small School District Association, will be retiring as SSDA’s Executive Director in June 2019. SSDA recently launched a national search for the next Executive Director, and applications are now being accepted for the position. An informational flyer on the position and the application process can be downloaded here.
In other SSDA news, the time is almost up to register for the 2019 Annual Conference Exhibit Hall in Sacramento march 31st through April 2nd. To help you with that, SSDA has launched a new level of Associate membership. Called the Premier Partner Sponsor, this level will allow vendors to work collaboratively with SSDA toward improving California’s small school education system with products and services that provide cost-savings, efficiency instructional materials, and/or professional development. Premier Partners will have access to a wide variety of benefits, many of which are not currently offered to Platinum and Gold Associate members.
For more info on both services, contact Corrie Pelc, SSDA membership and marketing manager, at firstname.lastname@example.org or 916-662-7213.
