During our initial consultation, we will explore your district’s specific needs, review our relevant services, and devise a personalized plan to help get your district on the track to success. We then create a custom-made proposal for you to consider before it goes before the Governing Board for approval.
Our goal is to work with you and your team. We can be as visible or invisible as you choose—whether that means taking a back seat or being on center stage, our goal is to play the necessary role that fits your unique situation just right.
Our company has been in existence since 2006, but our associates each have 20-30 years of first-hand experience in administrative-level district work. EH&A has helped hundreds of school districts reach success as a result of our services and collaborative projects.
You and your district will receive as much support as you need. Our custom-made contracts reflect your exact needs and can be adjusted based on changing conditions.
