Accusations flew, then National School District official got paid to resign

Tensions consumed the upper echelon of district leadership last year and culminated in the assistant superintendent of business services agreeing to resign in exchange for 10 months’ pay.

Records obtained by Voice of San Diego under the California Public Records Act show the NSD superintendent and all three assistant superintendents, including CBO Chris Carson, were under investigation most of the last school year after most filed complaints against one another.
